Barre classes give you a music-based workout, a combination of dance, Pilates, cardio and strength-training. As with Pilates, the quality of the movement is most important and a lot of attention goes to body posture. But more then that, a barre workout is fun! The choreography is not too complicated, we keep movements simple, so you can focus on executing them properly. We train the legs, the arms and the abdominal muscles, the whole body gets a workout and after one hour you will feel fit, strong and healthy.
